Transcripts

Effective January 23, 2018, Beaufort County School District offers a secure and convenient way to request student records. The process is quick and easy to use and available on our secure website. Visit Beaufort County School District Records Request. If you have graduated within the last 2 years, please go to your high school's webpage and use Parchment to request student records.

High School Diplomas

Beaufort County School District does not handle replacement high school diplomas. To order your high school replacement diploma please visit the South Carolina Department of Education  High School Equivalency and Replacement Diploma Office Records Request.

GED Diplomas

Beaufort County School District does not handle GED diplomas or transcripts. You may order your GED replacement diploma or GED transcript from the South Carolina Department of Education High School Equivalency and Replacement Diploma Office Records Request.

Adult Education Transcripts

If you graduated from Beaufort County Adult Education you can request a transcript from Adult Education.

Diploma Petitions

Through the passage of Act 155 (now Act 207), the South Carolina General Assembly approved the removal of the high school exit exam as a requirement for graduation beginning with the graduating class of 2015. The elimination of the exit exam (BSAP, HSAP) requirement was retroactive to the graduating class of 1990.
