Meet Our Principal of the Year

Bradley Tarrance has spent over 20 years in education as a language arts teacher, basketball coach, and principal in Texas, Michigan, and South Carolina. Bradley’s expertise includes school improvement through development and implementation of strong coaching relationships, building teacher capacity grounded in a culture of relational trust, community engagement, implementing trauma informed schooling practices and providing powerful enrichment learning in after school and Saturday extracurricular programs. Bradley was an adjunct instructor at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas Educational Leadership Program where his school served as a demonstration school for exemplary professional learning practices. Both of the schools Bradley led in San Antonio and the one in MIchigan were awarded grants and resources for arts-based learning honoring the Mexican-American culture.

Bradley resides in Beaufort with his wife Lindsay, and two kids Christina and Maxwell.
