This unified communications platform is designed to keep parents and guardians informed and to encourage greater engagement and connection with your child’s school and Beaufort County School District.
ParentSquare provides a safe way for district administrators, school principals, teachers, staff, and parents to receive and send information such as:

Beaufort County School District is committed to keeping families informed in ways that best meet their needs. After you register your account, you can customize your notification settings to choose how you’d like to receive messages by email, text, or through the mobile app and how often those notifications are delivered.
You have three options:
- Instant: Receive all messages as soon as they are sent.
- Digest: Get all messages grouped into one daily update delivered around 6:00 PM.*
- Off: No notifications are are sent. You can still check the mobile app anytime to view updates at your convenience.
*Emergency notifications—such as urgent safety alerts or weather-related announcements—will always be delivered instantly, regardless of your settings.
