What if I have transferred to a new BCSD school?
You can complete the process for your old campus, or you can call the old campus and ask them to transfer your student’s InfoSnap information to the new school.
What if my email has changed?
If you do not have a current email address on file, please contact your child’s school to update your information. Email will be the primary method for notifying parents/guardians with registration and SNAPCODE information in July.
What happens if I do not have an email address?
You can register using a cell phone number.
What’s a SNAPCODE?
The SNAPCODE is a unique registration number that connects with the information for your student with what is currently on file with the school. SNAPCODEs are changed on a yearly basis.
What if I don’t have a SNAPCODE?
SNAPCODEs will be emailed to parents/guardians in mid-July. If you did not receive a SNAPCODE, please contact your student’s school.
Do I use the same account that I used last year?
You will use the same username and password if you have an existing account. If you cannot remember the account information, you may have InfoSnap email it to you and /or use the security questions set up last year to retrieve that information. InfoSnap provides tech support to assist you with this process. Please call 866-752-6850 for help.
What if I don’t have internet access or need help registering?
If you need internet access or assistance, contact your student’s school. The school staff will assist you with the process. Additionally, cluster registrations will be held through the district during July to help parents. Your school can provide you with dates and times.
Do I have to answer all of the questions?
Questions marked with a red asterisk (*) must be answered.
What do I need to do if I need to change my information after I have completed the online registration?
Contact your school with the new information. The staff will make the changes for you.
