School Meals

Parents, download the Nutrislice, mobile app on your phone to locate your child’s school menus. Nutrislice provide you with the ability to review key information for any meal item, such as a photo, description, ingredients, carb counts, allergens, or special dietary information. You will also find school menus on The Nutrition Group menu website.

Beaufort County School District will participate in the Community Eligibility Program (CEP) throughout the school year.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOUR CHILD/CHILDREN?

Your child\children are eligible to receive daily one NO COST BREAKFAST and one NO COST LUNCH at school during the school year. Your child/children can participate in school breakfast and lunch without having to pay a fee or applying by application. No further action is required by you.

ALL MEALS MEET FEDERAL AND STATE GUIDELINES.

All meals will meet federal and state guidelines. Students must take 3 of the 4 items ordered at breakfast, and 1 of those items must be a 1/2 cup fruit or vegetable. At lunch, students must take 3 of the 5 items ordered and 1 of those items must be a 1/2 cup fruit or vegetable. We are excited to introduce the “Pack and Carry” Option! Students that still want to pack lunch may do so and still participate in school lunch. We offer fresh fruits (apple, banana, orange, etc.), fresh veggies (baby carrots or tossed salad for example) and a choice of milk. for students to take as they go through the serving lines. These items, along with the packed items, will help complete their lunch at no additional cost to you.

ARE SECOND MEALS OR ADDITIONAL ITEMS OFFERED AT NO COST?

No, students who wish to purchase an extra item (a la carte) must have money in their account or have cash or a check to pay for them.

ARE A LA CARTE ITEMS OFFERED AT NO COST?

No, students who wish to purchase an extra entree, one of our snack options, or just milk must have money in their account or have cash or a check to pay for them.

This program does not apply to ala carte items.

I HAVE MONEY ON MY STUDENT’S ACCOUNT, DO I NEED TO ASK FOR A REFUND?

No, you may leave the balance on your child\children’s account to purchase additional items.

You can add money for your student(s) account to purchase extra meal items or snacks, identify when and what your child/children are eating, and receive low balance account notice by visiting Paypams.com

I HAVE MONEY ON MY STUDENT’S ACCOUNT, HOW DO I RECEIVE A REFUND BY CHECK?

Parents/Guardians may submit a request on what they would like to do with the money still on their student's account by completing the Request for Refund form. They may choose one of the three options: 

  1. Donate a portion of the refund to a student with a negative balance.
  2. Leave a portion of the refund on my student’s account for purchase of A La Carte Items.
  3. Receive a full refund by check.

Please allow at least 2 weeks from the date of the request for changes to be made. Due to volume of requests the process may take longer. 

PayPAMS

Online payments can be processed by logging on to paypams.com. The Parent Account Management System will allow you to pre-pay for school meals. Conozca PayPAMS.com: sistema de manejo de cuentas para padres de familia y iniciar sesión a paypams.com.

The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
